Order & Shipping FAQ

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

  • Do we offer international shipping?

    Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please send us an email with your delivery location & we will get back to you with a rate.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but changes are not guaranteed after the order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

  • What is our return policy?

    We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed instructions.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

    This does not include custom made orders.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to fridaythefouthstudios@gmail.com , then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
