Our Story

The name 'Friday The Fourth' embodies the very essence and philosophy of our brand. The term 'Friday' signifies our desire to evoke the carefree, joyful, and spirited atmosphere associated with the end of the workweek - that euphoric 'Friday Feeling' where worries dissipate and enjoyment blossoms. 'The Fourth' holds a profound significance for us as our chosen lucky number. It symbolises fortune, creativity, and the spark of inspiration that propels our artistic endeavours.

At Friday The Fourth, we believe art isn't just something you hang on your walls; it's a mirror reflecting your uniqueness, passions, and individuality. We redefine the role of art in our lives, with pieces that empower you to embrace what makes you unique. Each creation is infused with our heart and soul, making it something truly treasurable.

At Friday The Fourth we don't just create art; we curate stories.

We specialise in creating exquisite art canvas prints, giclée prints on textured or fine art paper, captivating mixed media art, and an array of lifestyle merchandise. Each piece is a testament to our dedication to quality and creativity.

Dara Babalola

Dara’s journey began as a visual artist through her curiosity for the mechanisms of Architectural Interior Design, which laid the foundation for her professional creative path. Fuelled by a passion for design and a discerning eye for aesthetics, Dara honed her skills in crafting spaces that harmonise functionality and beauty.

During her tenure in the world of Architectural Interior Design, she developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of art within spaces. This realisation sparked a yearning within her to extend her creativity beyond the confines of floor-plans, desiring to infuse art into spaces in a more direct and expressive manner.

As she continues to navigate this artistic journey, her background in Architectural Interior Design remains a steadfast foundation, shaping her approach to every piece she creates.
